This fund aims to generate current income and foster long-term capital appreciation through a dividend-centric approach within the U.S. equity market. It endeavors to pinpoint high-yielding dividend stocks, meticulously scrutinizing both the sustainability of their payouts and their historical dividend growth. A unique, systematic methodology is applied to U.S. large-, mid-, and small-capitalization companies that pay dividends. Securities must first meet two criteria: a positive dividend growth rate over the preceding three years and evidence of sustainable dividend payouts. Those that pass are then ranked by their dividend yield, with the top 100 companies forming the fund's portfolio. Portfolio constituents are weighted based on their dividend yield, subject to a 25% cap per sector and a 10% cap per individual security. The portfolio's composition is annually reviewed and adjusted, with rebalancing occurring in June and reconstitution in December.
