Colibri Resource Corporation, a mineral exploration company, acquires, explores for, and develops mineral properties in Mexico. The company explores for gold, silver, copper, molybdenum, and other metal deposits. It holds a 100% in interest in its flagship property, the Evelyn gold project that covers an area of 506 hectares located in the State of Sonora, Mexico. The company also holds a 100% in interest in the Pilar gold project, which covers an area of 105 hectares; the El Mezquite gold project that covers an area of 180 hectares; and the Jackie project located in the State of Sonora, Mexico. It also entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the diamante gold and silver project. Colibri Resource Corporation was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Dieppe, Canada.
