Canadian Utilities Limited, along with its associated companies, engages in global activities spanning the electricity, natural gas, and retail energy sectors. Its business model is organized into three principal divisions: Utilities, Energy Infrastructure, and Corporate & Other. The Utilities division oversees regulated power transmission and distribution services across northern and central-east Alberta, the Yukon, and the Northwest Territories. It also delivers integrated natural gas transportation and supply services within Alberta, the Lloydminster area of Saskatchewan, and Western Australia. This segment boasts substantial assets, including approximately 9,000 kilometers of natural gas pipelines, 16 compressor stations, around 3,700 gas receipt and delivery points, and a unique salt cavern storage facility near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The Energy Infrastructure segment is dedicated to electricity generation, natural gas storage, industrial water provisions, and the development of related infrastructure solutions.
