LINK cryptocurrency utilizes Chainlink, a decentralized oracle network designed to connect smart contracts with real-world data, APIs, and off-chain systems. The fund may hold LINK futures contracts, shares in other LINK-related ETPs not registered under the 1940 Act (when applicable), LINK referenced indexes, and swap agreements referencing LINK. The fund utilizes a Cayman Island subsidiary to invest via futures contracts.
