The company was formerly known as Dalian Port (PDA) Company Limited and changed its name to Liaoning Port Co., Ltd. in February 2021. Liaoning Port Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Dalian, the People's Republic of China. Liaoning Port Co., Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Yingkou Port Group Co., Ltd.
