The BNY Mellon Diversified International Fund Class A aims to achieve its investment objective by directing its capital into a selection of other mutual funds, specifically those managed by BNY Mellon or its associated entities. These underlying portfolios primarily target equity securities issued by companies based outside the United States. A company is categorized as foreign if it is either incorporated under the statutes of a non-U.S. nation; its main stock exchange is situated in an international market; or if the majority of its assets are located, or a significant share of its revenue or profits are derived from, businesses, investments, or sales activities outside of the United States.
