Eaton Vance Global Income Builder Fund Class I 

The Eaton Vance Global Income Builder Fund aims to strategically allocate capital across a broad spectrum of securities. These include common and preferred equities, other hybrid investment vehicles, and various debt offerings such as fixed and floating-rate instruments, which are collectively referred to as "income instruments." The fund sources these investments from both U.S. and international entities. Under normal market circumstances, the fund adheres to specific investment criteria: 1. At least 30% of its net assets will be dedicated to securities or other instruments issued by entities located outside the United States, with the potential to include those from developing economies. 2. Its holdings will encompass issuers based in a minimum of five distinct countries, including the United States.
