The Allspring Special Global Small Cap Fund primarily allocates a minimum of 80% of its overall assets to equity securities issued by smaller companies. The portfolio diversifies its holdings across businesses based in at least three different countries, which may include the United States. It maintains the flexibility to concentrate more than 25% of its total capital within a single nation. Furthermore, up to one-tenth of the fund's assets can be invested in emerging market equities.
