Allspring Precious Metals Fund – Institutional Class 

The fund primarily dedicates at least 80% of its net assets to holdings associated with precious metals. It has the flexibility to allocate any portion of its portfolio to equity securities of international companies, including American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and similar instruments. Investments in emerging market equities may constitute up to 40% of its total assets. Furthermore, the fund can invest up to 25% of its total assets, specifically at the time of purchase, in debt instruments linked to precious metals, or in common and preferred stocks of its own subsidiaries that engage directly or indirectly in precious metals and mineral investments. This fund is categorized as non-diversified.
