Sayona Mining Limited, along with its subsidiaries, is actively involved in the full lifecycle of mineral resource development, encompassing identification, acquisition, exploration, and eventual production. The company's operations span Australia and Canada, primarily focusing on uncovering lithium, graphite, and gold deposits. A cornerstone asset is the North American Lithium (NAL) project, situated in Quebec, Canada, which comprises 42 mineral claims and one mining lease, collectively covering 1,493 hectares. Additionally, Sayona Mining manages a suite of other projects, such as the Authier, Tansim, Vallée, Moblan, and Lac Albert lithium projects, the Troilus Claims, and various lithium and gold ventures in Western Australia. Established in 2000, the company was initially named DiamonEx Limited before rebranding as Sayona Mining Limited in May 2013, with its headquarters located in Brisbane, Australia.
