Eaton Vance China Equity Fund 

Under typical market conditions, this fund adheres to its "80% Policy" by committing at least 80% of its net assets—including any funds borrowed for investment—to equity securities of companies based in the broader China region. Its primary focus is on common stocks of businesses that, in the judgment of the investment sub-adviser, are poised to benefit from the economic development and expansion of the People's Republic of China. The fund maintains the flexibility to concentrate a significant portion, 25% or more, of its total assets in securities originating from a single country within the China region. Conversely, it has the option to allocate up to 20% of its net assets to investments situated outside the China region. It is important to note that the fund is categorized as non-diversified.
