The Single-Family segment focuses on the procurement, securitization, and guarantee of loans for individual residences. It also encompasses investments in single-family loans and associated securities, along with the active management of credit and market risks pertinent to this sector. Additionally, this segment handles certain unallocated treasury functions. Similarly, the Multifamily segment undertakes comparable activities for properties with multiple dwelling units, including the acquisition, securitization, and guarantee of loans, investments in multifamily loans and related securities, and the oversight of corresponding credit and market risks.
