Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) is a leading, developer-backed retail real estate investment trust (REIT) and one of Singapore's largest proprietors of suburban retail malls, managing total assets valued at approximately S$6.7 billion. FCT's current property collection consists of eleven retail centers and a single office structure, all strategically positioned within Singapore's residential suburbs, providing convenient access to local communities and public transport. The retail properties alone feature over 2.3 million square feet of net lettable area and accommodate more than 1,500 leases, with a primary focus on catering to essential spending, food and beverage, and vital services. The specific properties in its portfolio are Causeway Point, Northpoint City North Wing (including Yishun 10 Retail Podium), Anchorpoint, YewTee Point, Changi City Point, a 40% interest in Waterway Point, Tiong Bahru Plaza, White Sands, Hougang Mall, Century Square, and Tampines 1. The lone office asset is Central Plaza. These malls consistently draw a steady stream of visitors, supported by both commuter traffic and the surrounding residential populations. In addition to its Singaporean assets, FCT holds a 31.15% equity interest in Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust, a retail-focused REIT listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. FCT is recognized as a component of several prominent benchmark indices, including the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index Series (Global Developed Index), the FTSE ST Real Estate Investment Trust Index, the MSCI Singapore Small Cap Index, and the SGX iEdge S-REIT Leaders Index.
