The Fund aims to provide growth in line with its risk profile in the long term, which is a period of five years or more. To achieve its objective the Fund will invest a minimum of 70% in collective investment schemes that in turn invest in bonds, shares of companies (equities), derivatives and alternative asset classes such as property, hedge funds, private equity and commodities. The Fund may also invest up to 30% directly in bonds where the investment objective can be more efficiently achieved and may invest directly in shares of companies in limited circumstances.
