Gallant Venture Ltd., an investment holding company established in Singapore in 2003, functions as a self-sufficient utilities provider operating primarily in Indonesia. The company's diverse business model is structured across four main divisions: Industrial Parks, Utilities, Resort Operations, and Property Development. The Industrial Parks segment is responsible for the full lifecycle of industrial properties, from development and construction to ongoing operation and maintenance, predominantly located on Batam and Bintan Islands, including their essential infrastructure. Through its Utilities division, the company delivers crucial services such as electricity generation, water supply, telecommunications, waste management, and sewage treatment to the industrial zones and resort areas within Batam and Bintan Islands. This segment boasts a substantial power generation capacity, including approximately 130 megawatts from 19 dual-fuel generators at Batamindo Industrial Park, around 24 megawatts from 6 generators at Bintan Industrial Estate, and roughly 20 megawatts from 4 generators serving Bintan Resorts. The Resort Operations arm offers comprehensive support services to hospitality operators within Bintan Resort. These services encompass ferry operations and terminal management, tour organization, property leasing, providing accommodation for workers, security, emergency fire-fighting, medical assistance, and general upkeep of the estate and township, along with other vital facilities. Moreover, the Property Development segment focuses on creating new industrial and leisure properties on Batam and Bintan Islands. Beyond these core activities, Gallant Venture also provides business management consultancy and engages in the wholesale of hospitality assets such as hotels, resorts, and golf courses.
