GMO Ultra-Short Income 

The GMO Ultra-Short Income ETF (GMOC) meticulously builds a low-duration fixed income portfolio, encompassing a variety of high-quality assets. These assets include U.S. Treasuries, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), and both repurchase and reverse repurchase agreements, alongside other investment-grade debt instruments. A primary goal of the fund is to keep its estimated interest rate duration at or below one year. This short duration aims to significantly reduce the portfolio's sensitivity to shifts in interest rates, although it's important to note that individual securities within the portfolio may occasionally possess longer maturities. Allocation decisions are strategically guided by an analysis of relative value opportunities, current interest rate trends, and the interplay of supply and demand in the market. The overarching strategy is designed to deliver a steady stream of income with low price fluctuations, prioritizing the preservation of invested capital. For added security, the fund's repurchase and reverse repurchase agreements are typically backed by U.S. government securities.
