Its Tinplating division is involved in the research, development, manufacturing, and sale of various metal products. This includes tinplates, tin-free steel, chrome-plated steel sheets, and cold-rolled steel plates, along with processed goods such as coated or printed tinplate and tin-free steel. These materials are widely utilized within the food, light manufacturing, and chemical industries. The Fresh and Live Foodstuffs division focuses on the distribution of live animals like cattle, chickens, and pigs, as well as the wholesale of poultry. Additionally, this segment manages the trading of foodstuffs, including chilled and frozen poultry and pork, rice, and starch. Lastly, the Property Leasing division manages the rental of office and industrial properties. The company was established in 1982 in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, and previously operated under the name Guangnan (Holdings) Limited until its rebranding in June 2020.
