International Lithium Corp., an exploration stage company, engages in the investment, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Canada and Southern Africa. It explores for lithium, rubidium, caesium, tantalum, copper, gold, cobalt, nickel, lead, zinc, molybdenum, platinum, palladium, silver, rare earth metal deposits. The company holds 100% interest in the Raleigh Lake Lithium and Rubidium project covering 32,900 hectares located in Ontario, Canada. It also has an option to acquire 90% interest in the Firesteel Copper project which consists of 17 mining claims, making up 316 mining claim units covering an area of 6,600 hectares located in Ontario, Canada; and 100% interest in the Wolf Ridge project comprising of 275 claim units covering an area of approximately 5,700 hectares located in Ontario, Canada. International Lithium Corp. was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
