Liberty Gold Corp. operates as an exploration-phase enterprise, concentrating its efforts on discovering, appraising, and developing mineral deposits across Canada, the United States, and Turkey. Its primary focus lies in the exploration for gold, alongside other valuable metals such as silver, lead, zinc, and copper, as well as various precious and base metals. The company holds outright ownership (100% interest) in several key projects. This includes the Goldstrike project, located in Washington County, southwestern Utah, which covers an extensive area of 7,194 hectares. This property is a mix of 749 owned unpatented claims, 99 leased unpatented claims, 633 acres of leased patented claims, 160 acres of leased private land, and 926 acres of leased State land. Liberty Gold also entirely owns the Black Pine project, situated in southeastern Idaho, an area spanning 4,845 hectares and composed of 622 unpatented lode claims. Furthermore, the company has secured an option agreement that allows it to acquire a full 100% interest in the Baxter Spring Gold project, located in central Nevada. Originally incorporated in 2010, Liberty Gold Corp. was formerly known as Pilot Gold Inc. and underwent a name change in May 2017. The company maintains its corporate headquarters in Vancouver, Canada.
