Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIR Trust) is a real estate investment trust based in Singapore. Its fundamental goal is the long-term acquisition and investment in a varied collection of income-generating properties throughout Indonesia, predominantly utilized for retail and associated commercial activities. The Trust's current portfolio encompasses 21 independent retail malls along with seven retail units located within other shopping complexes. These assets collectively provide a net lettable area of 839,907 square meters and were appraised at Rp15,716.1 billion as of July 31, 2020. They are strategically positioned in key Indonesian urban centers, targeting substantial middle-income demographics. A diverse tenant roster includes prominent brands like Matahari Department Store, Zara, M&S, H&M, Sogo, Giant, Hypermart, Carrefour, and Ace Hardware, alongside well-known international specialty retailers such as Victoria's Secret, Promod, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken, A&W, Fitness First, and Starbucks.
