MHP SE, through its subsidiaries, produces and sells food products in Ukraine. It operates through Poultry and Related Operations, Grain Growing Operations, and Other Agricultural Operations segments. The company produces and sells packed and unpacked poultry products under the Nasha Ryaba brand name, as well as cooked frozen meals under the LEGKO brand; and delicatessen from pork and poultry meat, cooked sausages, frankfurters, sausages, pies, kebabs, semi-finished products from poultry meat, and smoked sausages under the Bashchinskyi brand, as well as exports frozen and fresh chicken meat under the Qualiko brand. It is also involved in hatching eggs; and provision of corn and sunflower seeds for use in feed plants, as well as wheat, rape, soybeans, and other cultures to the third parties. In addition, the company produces a range of ravioli, cooked sausages, and frankfurters under the Europroduct name; cooked and smoked poultry under the HoReCaSelect and Sytnyi Ryad names; cooked and smoked poultry, sausages, and cooked sausages under the ARO name; semi-smoked sausages under the ASHAN name; and cooked sausages and frankfurters under the Kozhen Den name, as well as goose meat. Further, it offers ferroconcrete structures and commercial concrete for agricultural buildings and facilities; sunflower oil, mixed fodder, milk, fruits, feed grains, and others; and beef, and goose and foie gras. The company was formerly known as MHP S.A. and changed its name to MHP SE in August 2017. MHP SE was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.
