Midas Discovery Fund 

The Midas Fund aims to achieve its investment objectives by committing a minimum of 65% of its total assets. This allocation is primarily directed toward two areas: financial instruments like common and preferred stocks, bonds, and convertible securities issued by companies fundamentally involved, either directly or indirectly, in the gold, silver, platinum, other precious metals, or broader natural resources industries (including activities such as mining, processing, manufacturing, distribution, or trade). Additionally, a segment of its holdings consists of physical gold, silver, and platinum in the form of bullion and coins. It is important to note that this fund operates as a non-diversified investment vehicle.
