This fund primarily seeks to achieve its investment objectives by constructing a diversified portfolio predominantly composed of equity securities. Under typical market conditions, it commits at least 80% of its total assets to common stocks, with an emphasis on those that distribute dividends, also representing at least 80% of the portfolio's value. While the fund has the flexibility to invest across companies of all market capitalizations, its strategy generally favors large-cap enterprises. Additionally, it may allocate a portion of its holdings to convertible securities and non-convertible preferred stock. Investors should note that the fund can invest up to 25% of its total assets in the securities of foreign companies.
