New Fortress Energy Inc. (NFE) is an integrated company specializing in gas-to-power infrastructure, providing energy solutions and development services to customers worldwide. The company operates through two primary divisions: Terminals and Infrastructure, and Ships. The Terminals and Infrastructure segment manages the procurement and liquefaction of natural gas, along with its shipping, logistics, and the development or conversion of natural gas-fueled power generation facilities. Its Ships segment supplies floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers, which are leased to clients via long-term contracts or spot arrangements.
