Oakmark Equity and Income Fund Investor Class 

This fund endeavors to generate income while also safeguarding and expanding capital over time. Its primary strategy involves investing in a diverse portfolio of U.S. stocks and bonds. Structured to provide a balanced investment program focusing on both growth and income, the fund typically allocates between 40% and 75% of its total assets to common equities, including securities convertible into common stock. Furthermore, up to 60% of its total assets can be placed in debt securities. These fixed-income holdings include those issued by the U.S. government, its agencies, non-U.S. governments, and corporate entities that, at the time of purchase, hold one of the top two ratings assigned by Moody's Investors Service or S&P Global Ratings.
