The company structures its diverse operations into four main segments. Its Endoscopic Solutions division provides sophisticated endoscopic tools for gastrointestinal and surgical procedures, along with complete endoscopy systems and crucial repair services. The Therapeutic Solutions segment delivers specialized medical devices for urology, gynecology, and otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat), alongside endo-therapy and energy-based devices, and single-use surgical instruments. Under its Scientific Solutions umbrella, Olympus supplies an array of biological and industrial microscopes, industrial inspection equipment including endoscopes and videoscopes, non-destructive testing apparatus, and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzers. The "Others" category encompasses biomedical materials and orthopedic equipment.
