Optimum Small-Mid Cap Value Fund Institutional Class 

Generally, the fund commits a minimum of 80% of its total assets, including any funds borrowed for investment purposes, to the securities of small and medium-sized companies. This fundamental approach is referred to as its 80% policy. For the purposes of this fund's strategy, small-capitalization companies are defined as those with market values consistent with the companies found in the Russell 2000® Value Index, while mid-capitalization companies possess market values similar to the businesses within the Russell Midcap® Value Index.
