Virtus Silvant Focused Growth Fund 

This fund primarily aims to achieve its investment goals by concentrating its capital in the common stocks of U.S. corporations with a market valuation exceeding $1 billion. While primarily focused domestically, the portfolio has the flexibility to allocate up to 20% of its total assets to international securities. However, strict limits apply to these foreign holdings: no more than 10% of assets may be invested in any single non-U.S. country, and investments in emerging market securities are also restricted to a maximum of 10% of the fund's assets.
