Established in 1992 and based in Udaipur, India, Pil Italica Lifestyle Limited, a subsidiary of DA Trade Tech Private Limited, operates through two core segments: manufacturing plastic molded goods and providing financial and investment services. The company specializes in producing and selling a diverse range of plastic molded furniture, material handling solutions, and waste management products, both domestically and globally. Under its "ITALICA" brand, offerings include chairs, tables, patlas, stools, trolleys, sun loungers, and various storage, dust, and waste bins, along with plastic crates. These products serve a wide array of settings, from private homes, hospitals, and schools to commercial establishments, cafeterias, hotels, restaurants, and event venues. Distribution is managed through an extensive network of distributors and dealers. The company, which provides finance and investment services as its second business arm, was formerly known as Peacock Industries Limited before its rebranding to Pil Italica Lifestyle Limited in August 2015.
