Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust (PLife REIT) stands as one of Asia's most prominent publicly listed healthcare REITs, judging by the size of its assets. Its investment strategy is centered on acquiring revenue-generating real estate and related assets primarily intended for healthcare or associated purposes. This broad definition encompasses facilities like hospitals and various medical centers, as well as properties utilized for healthcare research, educational activities, and the manufacturing or warehousing of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other healthcare products. As of December 31, 2020, PLife REIT boasted a diverse portfolio of 54 properties located across the Asia Pacific region, collectively valued at approximately S$2.02 billion.
