PGIM Jennison Utility Fund 

This fund generally commits a minimum of 80% of its investment-ready capital, referred to as "investable assets," to a combination of shares, equity-linked products, and high-quality debt issued by utility companies. Specifically, "investable assets" are defined as the fund's total net worth plus any funds borrowed strictly for investment purposes. Should the fund borrow capital for other operational needs, such as to fulfill anticipated shareholder withdrawal requests, these "investable assets" would then be a smaller amount than its overall total assets. Furthermore, it's structured as a non-diversified portfolio.
