PIMCO StocksPLUS Fund 

The fund's primary goal is to achieve returns greater than those of the S&P 500 Index. It typically pursues this by strategically investing in financial instruments (derivatives) tied to the S&P 500 Index, which are then supported by a robust collection of income-generating assets. This backing portfolio consists of various debt instruments, such as bonds and other securities, issued by both governmental and private organizations within the U.S. and internationally. The fund has the flexibility to allocate up to 30% of its total capital to securities priced in currencies other than the U.S. dollar. Notably, it can invest an even larger share in U.S. dollar-denominated securities issued by foreign entities, as these are not constrained by the same 30% limit.
