These criteria include an assessment of price and earnings momentum, overall company quality, strategic management actions, and intrinsic value. It comprises securities from 30 U.S. firms primarily engaged in the discovery and extraction of natural resources for energy generation. These companies are fundamentally involved in locating, drilling for, and producing crude oil and natural gas, both onshore and offshore. The scope extends to petroleum refineries that convert crude oil into refined products like gasoline and automotive lubricants, as well as businesses that gather, process, and manufacture natural gas liquids (NGLs). Both the Fund and its underlying Index undergo quarterly rebalancing and reconstitution in February, May, August, and November.
