It holds a 100% interest in Brussels Creek property that comprises 17 claims covering 1,350.43 hectares located in the Kamloops Mining District, British Columbia. The company also holds a 100% interest in the Pinchi Lake nickel project covering an area of 3,354.64 hectares located in central British Columbia; and holds 75% interest in Kagoot Brook cobalt-nickel project covering an area of 4,233 hectares located in New Brunswick, Canada. In addition, it holds a 100% interest in Georgia Lake North & West Lithium properties consisting of two projects covering an area of 320 and 432 hectares located in Thunder Bay Mining Division, Ontario; and holds interest in Pocitos 1 lithium brine project covering an area of 800 hectares located in outside of Salta, Argentina. The company was formerly known as Le Mare Gold Corp. and changed its name to Recharge Resources Ltd. in July 2021. Recharge Resources Ltd. was incorporated in 2010 and is based in North Vancouver, Canada.
