Regional REIT Limited, often referred to as 'the Group', is a United Kingdom-based real estate investment trust that was established in November 2015. Its strategic direction is guided by Toscafund Asset Management LLP, acting as its Investment Manager, while London & Scottish Property Investment Management Limited oversees the asset management functions. The Group maintains an extensive portfolio exclusively comprising income-generating commercial properties across the United Kingdom. These assets are predominantly office and industrial units, strategically located in major regional centres beyond the M25 orbital motorway. This highly diversified portfolio, as of June 30, 2020, consisted of 151 properties with a total valuation of £742.3 million. Regional REIT's core investment objective is to acquire, actively manage, and divest 'core' and 'core plus' property assets within the regions. It aims to generate attractive total returns for its shareholders, targeting an annual return exceeding 10%, driven primarily by robust income streams supplemented by prospects for capital appreciation. The Company's shares were officially admitted to the UK's Financial Conduct Authority's Official List and began trading on the London Stock Exchange on November 6, 2015.
