This fund's primary goals are to achieve substantial capital appreciation over an extended period and generate a consistent income stream. Its investment approach generally involves allocating at least 65% of its total assets to equity securities that distribute dividends. Furthermore, a significant portion, specifically no less than 65% of its net assets, is dedicated to stocks of smaller-capitalization companies. While the fund predominantly focuses on securities issued by U.S. businesses, it also has the flexibility to invest up to 25% of its net assets (measured at the time of acquisition) in companies based outside the United States.
