This fund offers investors direct access to the silver market by holding physical silver bullion, specifically international standard 1,000-ounce bars, within a trust structure. Each share purchased grants a proportional ownership stake in this underlying trust. These silver holdings are securely stored in the high-security vault facilities of a Canadian chartered bank, presenting an accessible and streamlined method for investing in the precious metal. The fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) is calculated daily, using the silver ounce price established by the London Bullion Market Association around 12:00 PM London time, divided by the total number of shares outstanding at the market's close each day. The vast majority of the fund's assets will consist of physical silver bullion, with only negligible portions potentially allocated to silver certificates.
