The Touchstone Large Cap Focused Fund Class C's primary objective is to achieve capital growth for its shareholders. This fund predominantly invests in large-capitalization equity securities, committing at least 80% of its assets under typical market conditions. It specifically targets companies with a market value exceeding $5 billion at the time of acquisition. The portfolio is somewhat concentrated, generally holding between 25 and 45 companies, and it maintains minimal cash reserves, with liquid assets typically representing less than 10% of its total net assets. While primarily focused on domestic large caps, the fund has the flexibility to allocate up to 35% of its investments to international companies through common stock or depositary receipts like ADRs.
