NAA Large Cap Value Fund 

This fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by typically allocating at least four-fifths of its total assets (which includes any capital borrowed for investment purposes) to various equity instruments. These holdings may consist of common stocks, stock options, subscription rights, warrants, convertible bonds, and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), originating from either U.S. entities or international companies whose securities are denominated in U.S. dollars. When acquired, the companies selected for investment generally possess market valuations comparable to those within the Russell 1000® Value Index.
