Secure Waste Infrastructure Corp. operates as a vital energy services provider, offering solutions to upstream oil and natural gas enterprises predominantly within the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and the United States. Its operations are structured around two principal segments: Midstream Infrastructure, and Environmental and Fluid Management. The Midstream Infrastructure segment delivers a wide array of services. These encompass clean oil terminalling, rail transloading, pipeline transportation, crude oil marketing, and custom treatment. Additionally, it handles the responsible disposal of produced and waste water, processes oilfield waste, and engages in the procurement and resale of oil. These activities are supported by a comprehensive network of full-service terminals, dedicated rail facilities, crude oil pipelines, storage facilities, water disposal sites, and landfills. The Environmental and Fluid Management segment provides diverse solutions, including a portfolio of owned, operated, and marketed industrial landfills. It manages both hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal, conducts onsite abandonment, and offers various environmental services such as site remediation and reclamation, bio-remediation, water treatment and recycling, emergency response, and recycling for rail and metal materials. This segment also specializes in fluid management tailored for drilling, completion, and production operations for energy producers. Furthermore, it engineers and implements drilling fluid systems for companies extracting oil, bitumen, and natural gas, provides management services for Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM), and supplies specialized equipment and chemical agents to optimize well output. Secure Energy Services Inc., the overarching corporate entity, is based in Calgary, Canada.
