Stratex Oil & Gas Holdings, Inc. functions as an independent energy enterprise, with its core operations centered on the procurement, development, and production of crude oil primarily in Kansas and Texas. The company also maintains non-operating stakes in various oil and gas projects across North Dakota, Montana, Utah, Colorado, and Kansas. These extensive land holdings span locations such as Sheridan, Montana; Williams, Billings, Divide, Mountrail, and Stark Counties in North Dakota; Weld County, Colorado; Central Kansas; Central Utah; and Zavala County, Texas. The entity was previously named Poway Muffler and Brake, Inc., but adopted its current identity, Stratex Oil & Gas Holdings, Inc., in May 2012. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Salt Lake City, Utah.
