The Smart Household Appliances Business segment offers smart TVs; smart white appliances; smart air conditioners, smart refrigerators, smart washing machines, and smart kitchen appliances; personal care appliances and tablet computers; and internet value-added services. Its Smart Systems Technology Business segment provides home access systems, such as set-top boxes; broadband network communication connection equipment; XR/AI glasses; integration systems for automotive displays; industrial control display modules; Internet of Things products; intelligent manufacturing, including LCD modules; automotive electronic systems; and other electronic products. The New Energy Business segment engages in the sale and installation of distributed photovoltaic power stations for residential, commercial, and industrial applications; and provision of intelligent operation and maintenance services to distributed photovoltaic power stations. Its Modern Services Business and Others segment engages in the leasing and sale of properties, loan financing, maintenance and repair of home appliances, macro-logistics services, construction development, financial leasing, and property operation for industrial parks. It also engages in the sale and distribution of reception facilities for digital televisions; trading of photovoltaic products; development and holding of properties; and advertising services through online platforms. The company was formerly known as Skyworth Digital Holdings Limited and changed its name to Skyworth Group Limited in June 2019. Skyworth Group Limited was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
