Lastly, the Fruit segment is a key supplier of fruit preparations for the dairy, ice cream, baked goods, and food service industries. It also produces fruit juice concentrates, pure juices, fruit wines, natural aromas, and beverage bases for the broader beverage sector. Beyond its core processing activities, Südzucker AG also engages in agricultural endeavors, cultivating crops like wheat, sugar beet, corn, and rapeseed.
