Tuesday Morning Corporation was a U.S.-based off-price retailer, providing a diverse selection of merchandise. Its inventory spanned numerous categories, from outdoor living essentials like patio furniture, shading solutions, and grilling equipment, to a comprehensive range of beauty items including skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances. The company also stocked home furnishings such as furniture, bedding, bath towels, and decorative accents, alongside mattresses, candles, kitchen utensils, and floor coverings. Additional offerings encompassed travel luggage, office furniture and supplies, pet care products, and various electronics. Founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1974, the company eventually encountered severe financial distress. It initially filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, along with its affiliated entities, on February 14, 2023. This reorganization attempt was subsequently converted to a Chapter 7 liquidation on August 1, 2023.
