URZ Energy Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of uranium mineral properties in the United States. The company owns the Gas Hills Project comprising approximately 11,000 acres of unpatented lode mining claims located 45 miles east of Riverton, Wyoming; and the Juniper Ridge Project consisting of approximately 3,300 acres of unpatented lode mining claims located in the southwest portion of Wyoming. It also owns the Shirley Basin property in Wyoming, as well as properties in Utah and Colorado. The company was formerly known as Summit Point Uranium Corp. and changed its name to URZ Energy Corp. in February 2017. URZ Energy Corp. was incorporated in 2008 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
