The fund's primary objective is to achieve substantial capital growth over the long term. Typically, it predominantly allocates its capital to the equity shares of publicly traded companies located anywhere in the world, encompassing both well-established developed nations and rapidly expanding emerging economies. Under normal market circumstances, the advisor is expected to diversify holdings across a minimum of three countries, including the United States. Furthermore, at least 40% of the fund's net assets, augmented by any funds borrowed for investment, will be dedicated to companies based outside the U.S.
