AB Large Cap Growth Fund 

The primary objective of this fund is to achieve substantial capital appreciation over the long term. It primarily allocates its capital to a concentrated portfolio of high-quality, large-capitalization U.S. companies, investing in their equity securities. These domestic companies are carefully chosen by the fund's Advisor for their promising growth potential across various market segments, with a distinct emphasis on well-established, sizable corporations. Under typical market conditions, the fund is committed to investing at least 80% of its net assets in the common stock of large-capitalization companies. The fund also retains the flexibility to invest in exchange-traded funds (ETFs) as an alternative to making direct security investments when strategically advantageous.
