Artisan International Value Fund Institutional Class 

The Artisan International Value Fund Institutional Class is designed to achieve substantial long-term capital appreciation. Its investment strategy is primarily bottom-up, meaning the focus is on selecting individual companies based on their specific merits rather than on country or regional allocation. Under typical market conditions, the fund is committed to investing at least 80% of its total assets (excluding cash and cash equivalents), as measured at the time of purchase, in common stocks and other equity securities of non-U.S. companies. While it predominantly invests in established international markets, the fund also maintains the flexibility to allocate capital to emerging and less developed economies.
