BlackRock LifePath® Dynamic Retirement Fund Institutional Shares 

This fund aims to achieve retirement outcomes by managing investments based on a quantitative assessment of risk. It dynamically allocates and reallocates its capital among a mix of equity, bond, and money market funds (referred to as "underlying funds"), as well as derivatives, with proportions determined by its comprehensive investment strategy. Generally, the fund manager intends to primarily invest in affiliated open-end mutual funds and associated exchange-traded funds (ETFs), some of which may be index-tracking. To further its investment objectives, and when consistent with its strategy, the fund may also engage in transactions involving options, futures, total return swaps, and foreign currency.
