Under typical market conditions, the fund primarily commits to equities, allocating a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any leveraged positions) to common stocks. Specifically, at least 80% of its capital is invested in shares of U.S. companies boasting large market capitalizations (generally exceeding $2 billion). The investment manager strategically seeks out these domestic firms that are believed to be undervalued, yet simultaneously offer strong prospects for both long-term capital appreciation and current income. Furthermore, the fund retains the flexibility to invest up to 20% of its net assets in international securities.
